- Cancellations
- Customers may cancel booked services within 48 hours of placing the order by raising a ticket on our platform. No cancellations will be entertained beyond this period.
- Refund Policy for Services:
- Within 48 Hours of Booking: A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- After 48 Hours of Booking: No refund is applicable.
5. Initiating Cancellations or Refunds
- Products Sold by Us:
- Raise a ticket through our platform, including the order ID and reason for the cancellation or refund.
- Products by Third-Party Sellers:
- Contact the seller directly using the details provided in the product listing.
- Services:
- Raise a ticket through our platform within 48 hours of booking to cancel a service.
